This service includes: * One to one coaching * Training and competition observations * Pre-game conversations * Applied on field sessions * On-going support Sessions can be one-off session or something you need on an ongoing basis - which is why we offer hourly, weekly and monthly service plans. We suggest the recommended time frame of seeing results is approximately 6 months. For all of our services, you will be working with a professional and experienced Performance Psychologist.
